Hi I'm Sandra, the founder of SMASH Worldwide, and creator of this course, and I have been exactly where you are today.  Back in 2013, I was in a very unhappy place.  Having tried so many things to lose weight and feel better, I was at the end of my tether.

I was classed as clinically obese and was suffering from so many unhealthy conditions - asthma, allergies, chronic back pain, PMT, skin conditions, migraines to name a few.  Although visually I may not have looked over weight, (I was classed a skinny-fat), my body fat percentage was 45%!

In the October of 2103, I started a programme that quite literally changed my life - forever.  Within under 20 weeks, I had lost 41 pounds and all the above aliments had disappeared.

Losing weight with the programme was fabulous, but what was even more fabulous was the improvement in my health.  

After having such a dramatic change to my lifestyle and health, I went back to "school" and retrained in nutrition, weight management, naturopathy and behavioural change, so that I could give people the answers to the questions that they kept asking.  The main one being - "what on earth have you done, you look amazing!" 

From 2014, I have personally coached hundreds of women, like you (and some men) regain their health and loose their weight and I've guided many clients to long term success.

My passion is teaching people how to not need me, in the long run.  I want people to understand and have the knowledge of not just what to do, but how to do it properly.

I am on a mission to help people to understand how to live a healthy life and how easy it can become part of their life.  

Anyone can lose weight, it's keeping it off that's the hard part.  

That is where The SMASH Academy comes in.

When people have the knowledge and power in their own hands and truly understand why they are doing things or not doing things, it makes living a healthy lifestyle so much easier

I believe, that by you having this knowledge, not only can I help women become healthier but then there is the knock on beneficial effect on their families and future generations.  

We have become a nation of unwell people and now is the time to take back control and change that around.

I am aware that not everyone can afford to have personal 1 to 1 coaching sessions with me but I do not want that to be a barrier to having the ability to have access to this information. Healthy living is so important.

It gives everyone the opportunity to learn from me, have weekly group calls with me and have the benefit of my level of expertise.  I tell everyone in the academy they can ask me anything - nothing is off limits!

    Week 1 - Getting Started

    This week you will learn about all the other essentials for a healthy body.

    Week 3 - Stress, Sugar & Sleep

    The 3 Important S's of health management are discussed this week.

    You will also understand the role of sugar in today's health issues and begin to recognise where to find it and how to manage it in your body.

    Week 4 - Meal Planning, Eating Out & Hectic Lives

    With the tips and plans this week, you will never need to worry about not having the time to cook again.

    You will also know how to navigate eating out so that you can still feel amazing - not bloated and groggy.

    Week 5 - The Forgotten Factors of Healthy Eating.

    Most people subscribe to the idea that in order to lose weight and become healthy all you have to do is to "eat less and exercise more".  This unfortunately is not true.

    The human body is a very complex thing and it requires a lot of specific nutrients and elements in order to be able to function properly.  If one or two things are off balance, the whole body can start to go off balance and not perform to its maximum potential.

    By having the knowledge of what your body needs, you will be able to make sure that it receives those vital nutrients and you therefore will be functioning at your best.

    Week 6 - Exercise

    Exercise!! Most people either love it or hate it.

    I hope that by the end of this week you will have a new relationship with exercise so that you can introduce it as a regular part of your routine.

    This week you will learn about the different types of exercise and their benefits, how to get the maximum out of each kind of exercise and how to increase your body's fat burning capabilities whilst exercising.

    Week 7 - Motivation & Your Relationship with Food

    When it comes to long term health, your relationship with food is just as important - if not more important than what you eat.

    During this week you will learn that you should NEVER feel guilty about eating certain foods.  You will understand your relationship with certain foods/drinks, why you reach for them and how to overcome addictive links to some foods/drinks.

    You will also understand motivation and have a different outlook to food and eating healthily for the long term.

    Week 8 - Going Forward

    This week is all about finalising your learning and how to continue to live your life the SMASH Way.
